Return Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit or equal merchandise only. Returns must be made within 20 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. We do not refund shipping charges. Please keep in mind that all shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns after 20 days from receipt of purchase. Please send us back your purchase with a copy of invoice or receipt.

Returned merchandise must arrive back at Duck & Weave no more than 20 days from the time you placed your order. All returns must be in 100% new condition, not worn or washed/dry cleaned with all tags in place. Please ensure returned clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. The amount of your exchanged item will be credited towards your next order as we do not offer refunds.

Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless Duck & Weave has sent the wrong size or item. Sale and items with discounts are a final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please include a copy of your invoice, contact information and a brief description of the reason for the return.
